world rotaract month awarding

Culmination of the month-long celebration of World Rotaract's 40th Anniversary. The chosen venue was DRRE Virgil's residence. Attendance was a bit down in numbers but the participants more than made up for it by giving out awards and recognition to the deserving clubs. As usual, RAC Batasan Hills had the largest delegation, after briefly being topped by the new club, RAC UCC.
