VP Education Mely's turn to be the Toastmaster of the Evening for the weekly meeting of the Maharlika Toastmasters Club. The Jade Vine was again full of eager and willing Maharlikans as they witnessed no less than six (6) prepared speakers. It was a special night for Vivian because it was her 10th speech and she's now Competent Communicator. Equally special for ACB Mimi because of her stint as the General Evaluator, she's also a Competent Leader now. Two new members were also added to this illustrious club!
