rac meeting - may 17

DRR Boyet's return to District 3780 after a month-and-a-half long tour of the United States. And his first order of business is to meet the presidents and district officers of Rotaract D3780 to talk about the fast approaching District Conference. It was also a very delayed birthday celebration for DRR Boyet since he was in the States when he celebrated his birthday last April 15th.
